Program for selecting employees at origin
One of the most commonly expressed needs of companies from Aragón, is the covering of certain posts in particular sectors and/or specializations for which suitable workers are not available in Aragón.
This program enables the contracting at origin of foreign workers whose profile cannot be found in Aragón.
Aragón Exterior in conjunction with the San Ezequiel Moreno foundation has integrated all the handling procedures required into a single process for the selection, move, training and reception of foreign personnel until they take up their post in the company.
Aragón Exterior informs, advises and organizes the selection process in the country of origin, coordinating with the company and in accordance with its particular needs. It also provides support and management of all the processing and documentation required, in the country of origin and in Spain, for the contracting company and the worker. Similarly, it organizes the move of the foreign worker and facilitates their adaptation with reception programs in the country of origin and in Spain.
Financing
The company only has to pay the cost of the selection process.
In 2007 Aragón Exterior processed the contracting of 301 foreign workers in 64 companies from Aragón.
