Aragón has developed state-of-the-art business infrastructures. The Region has 3,000 Ha. of industrial land already developed and more than 300,000 m2 of offices.

Industrial land

There are 1,300 Ha. of industrial land available priced between 6€ and 160€. In the field of logistics there are 1,700 Ha of land. Worthy of special mention are the following intermodal platforms: PLAZA in Saragossa, the largest in Europe, PLATEA in Teruel, PLHUS in Huesca y PLFRAGA in Fraga, close to Catalonia.

Office Space

The site of EXPO 2008 and the Milla Digital alongside the high speed train (AVE) station will increase existing availability of offices in the center of Saragossa, just 1hr15 from Madrid and Barcelona.

The Walqa technology park in Huesca completes this offering with a research complex in the foothills of the Pyrenees.
