
Figueruelas (Saragossa) has been home to General Motors Spain’s factory for 28 years now. The Figueruelas factory is the most productive of GM’s 174 plants all over the world. It manufactures 2,000 vehicles a day. The factory has a workforce of 8,000 and produces Corsa, Combo and Meriva models.
A cluster of more than 350 supply companies has grown up around GM with a combined workforce of 25,000.
